Provide 24/7 support to ensure the trip runs smoothly and solve any challenges that may arise
Present information about what will be required for tours (ex: towels, sunscreen, water, snacks)
Provide assistance during tours for any client that requires it or assist clients with an alternative that opt out of an activity
Take photos of sights and the group so you can focus on the experience
Initiate a meeting to discuss thoughts for the trip, possible destinations, interests of the group, etc.
Put together a custom itinerary to present to your travel companions
Make all reservations for the trip
Assist with any pre-trip preparations
Ability to meet your group at departure point to manage the airport process
